Swanier Starts Charitable Foundation |
Only a few months removed from her collegiate playing days at UCONN and after the solid start to her professional career with the Connecticut Sun this past summer, Ketia Swanier is giving back to the community with the start of a foundation. She has recently just launched this organization which can be tracked at ketia4kidz.org. As the daughter of two reitred Army First Sergeants, Swanier's mission is to motivate children of active duty military personnel to achieve their dreams by promoting excellence in acadmics and sports related programs.
